Here's Ursula in her human form (A.K.A. Vanessa) from the Little Mermaid.
Had a difficult time finding any reference for that blasted cape of hers. Only found one image that showed the cape tucked into her shoulder straps. It's pretty weird but it frames the necklace nicely. I may tinker with her outfit if I get around to drawing her more.
